  7.     The GTHELP.BBS is displayed when a caller presses ? from the main menu.

  9.     You can also create a GTHELP.CBS which will be displayed to ANSI
  10.     callers.

  12.     One method is to begin with a 1 line description of each of the
  13.     commands, followed by a MORE prompt.  After the MORE prompt, you can
  14.     then if you wish go into a pretty detailed explanation of all the
  15.     features.

  17.     Hint:   MORE prompt is  (ALT-5), and must be the first character on a
  18.             line.
